Rick and Karen welcome you to there 3 bed 2 bath luxurious fully air conditioned florida villa. We are situated at beautiful prestigious Cresent Lakes just off the Poinciana blvd which is only 10-15 minutes from Disney World.
When you arrive you will be impressed by the villa's location and beauty, it has it's own landscaped gardens with palm tree's and georgous plants with the comfort of complete privacy when you are in the pool area.
Surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden with complete provicy this villa boasts a 33ft x 17ft x 9ft deep heated pool with spa and plenty of decking. For those who like to relax in the shade we have spacious lanai area/covered porch with loungers.
So when you return from a long day at one of the many attraction's switch on the radio and pool speakers turn on the pool lights and relax in the spa.

There are 3 bedrooms, the Master which is beautifully furnished and has a king size bed, TV & video, beautiful pine furniture and an en-suite bathroom with large shower 'His & Hers ' marble vanity unit and hairdryer.

Then there is the second bedroom which has a queen size bed, drawers and plenty of closet space with TV & video and share a second full bathroom . Then the third bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds, drawers, TV /video and dvd player and plenty of closet space and share a second full bathroom with hair dryer which also leads out on to the pool area.
