The living spaces are fully air conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans, the floors through the reception rooms are luxuriously tiled. All rooms have cable TV.

Family Room is adjacent to the kitchen, with TV and sleeper sofa for relaxing. The patio and pool area are through patio doors in the family room.
Kitchen offers all electrical appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, cooker, washing machine and dryer. All kitchenware is of the highest standard. There is table and chairs in kitchen and also the breakfast bar area in the family room.
Living Room offers plenty of comfortable living space with sleeper sofa, room is open plan with dining area. This room leads through to the kitchen and large family room.
Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, garden tub bath and separate walk-in shower cubicle, his and hers vanity unit. There is a large walk-in clothes closet, cable TV. The bedroom has doors straight out to the patio.
2nd bedroom has two single beds, cable TV, hairdryer.
3rd bedroom has two single beds, cable TV, hairdryer.
These bedrooms share a central bathroom with bath and shower facilities.

Community The house is situated on an exclusive community with golf course, as well as having your own private heatable pool at the house there is a large community pool, children’s play area and tennis courts all within 2 minutes walk.
The Highlands Reserve Community you will be staying on has its own championship golf club. Highlands Reserve Golf Club has agreed special rates for golfers staying in our home.
