Our privately owned executive holiday home has 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, with large south/west facing heated pool, underwater lighting and heated spa.
The property is located within a gated community with 24 hour 365 days a year on call Management and Maintenance services.

The villa is a spacious luxury air-conditioned single storey home, set in the prestigious Manors community at Westridge, Florida, only a 15-minute drive from Disney. It is ideally suited for families to share as it has two living and two dining areas.

The property is professionally managed by 'K & W Management'. The management company are responsible for:-

24 hour, 365 days a year on call management & maintenance services Guest services during their stay including on-site check-in services.
An ´Accidental Damage Waiver´ will be collected by our management company as a one off payment per booking to cover all accidental damage to the property. Currently $35 (USD).

What Does my vacation home come with?

Absolutely everything! Just bring your clothing and a toothbrush. Also comes with washer/dryer, microwave, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, towels, sheets, crockery, cutlery etc

Yes, it has a heatable pool & 6 person Spa.

Is the home air-conditioned?

Yes, our home has state of the art central heating & air conditioning system for your comfort.

Does the home have a television and VCR?

Yes it has 2 TV´s and 1 DVD player.

Does the home have a BBQ?

If you contact us before your arrival you can reserve your BBQ for a nominal fee.

I have a baby, what facilities do you offer?

Baby cribs & highchairs are available for a nominal fee.

Is the home designed for physically challenged people?

Yes, our home is wheelchair friendly.

You can reach our management company 24 hours a day for all your needs.

How far are we from everything?

Approximately 12 miles from Disney´s main gate. Approximately 1 mile to convenience stores & fast food restaurants.

How far are the nearest beaches?

Approximately 90 minutes from the East and West Coast Beaches.

Are there any golf courses in the area?

There is a course right next door and at least 5 within 20 minutes of our homes.

How do I take care of the pool & lawn?

You don't! We take care of it all year round.

Is daily housekeeping available?

The house is cleaned before your arrival and cleaned upon your departure.
However daily housekeeping is available upon request at an additional charge.

What amenities does the community have?

Community pool, family recreation area with tennis courts, volleyball, basketball court and beautiful rolling hills for your rollerblading enjoyment.

What do we do if we have a late flight?

No problem, key pickup is via a lockbox outside the front door. Food Packs or Welcome Packs can be waiting in your home for an additional charge.

Will we have access to a telephone?

Yes, Telephones are installed with free local calls, and you can let family/friends know the number so they can keep in touch.
